Phil Bankester spent his career working in the marketing and communications department of Southern Illinois University. Thirteen years ago his family (four daughters and wife) started playing bluegrass. He’s been touring and recording with them ever since. He is a video producer who has worked for Southern Illinois University, Pepsi Mid-America, Nissan North America and many other clients producing marketing and recruitment materials including projects for specific targeted demographic groups. As a musician and media producer, he brings his own perspective to the discussion of diversity and inclusion.
