The Savage Hearts is a fiery bluegrass meets honky tonk band founded by original “Jeff Scroggins and Colorado” fiddler, Annie Savage, bluegrass titan Greg Blake and Canadian songbird Tracy Lynn. Audiences can expect fiery instrumentals, searing three part harmonies and stage banter that could bring a tear to a glass eye. This year at IBMA, the band is preparing to release a holiday single featuring Annie and Greg and booking school tours in public school systems and theaters. Talk to them about their offerings and get them all booked up while Greg is available and willing by all means!

Recent performances include: High Mountain Hay Fever, IBMA Showcase and Band Ramble, Durango Meltdown, Kaufman Kamp 2011-2020, MidWinter Bluegrass Festival, Vancouver Island Music Festival and the International Folk Alliance conference in addition to presentations at the American String Teacher’s Association and various state and national level music education conferences.
