Bring a demo of your current “greatest hit” along with lyric sheets for our panel.  Demos will be chosen at random as time allows; writers will remain anonymous.  Our panel will give constructive critiques on composition and presentation.

Phil Nusbaum is best known for presenting bluegrass on radio via his long-running program “Bluegrass Saturday Morning” on KBEM Jazz 88.5 in Minneapolis, Minn., and around the world with his syndicated “Bluegrass Review” program. Phil also composes banjo music and performs in bluegrass groups. He holds the Ph.D. in Folklore from Indiana University and teaches and writes about bluegrass music.
