As the Bluegrass community grows, increasingly reflecting the musics' deep and diverse roots, more fans and artists from various backgrounds and with different points of view are brought together. A diverse group of artists and industry professionals will share their own experiences, and lead an exploration of what we can all do to respectfully communicate with one another and create an inclusive environment wherever we find ourselves.
