A band is a great place to make music. To make it more than just a party, it also needs to be a business. This session will delve into what it takes to build and maintain a working band. We’ll focus on the vast majority of bands that do not have a complete team of agents, managers, and publicists, but rather, have to find a way to keep the lights on with none or only some of these people. Panelists include band leaders who have long track records of maintaining successful bands in a variety of situations.
